Car Dealer Tycoon is a Business Simulation game.
In Car Dealer Tycoon you buy cars for the lowest price you can find and if the car needs repairing or cleaning you can do so.
Cleaning and repairing cars will increase the value of the car.
Then you sell the car hopefully making a profit.
However small the profit is it can make big difference.You have to be careful with what properties you decide to buy.
If you invest in a big Warehouse or Dealership to early in the game you might not be able to keep up with your upkeep payments.Which will then send you into debt if you stay in debt for too long or dont pay your bills then you will be forced to sell one of your properties.
When buying cars you have an overdraft of $2000, but when investing in a property if your balance is going to be below 3000 after the purchase you will not be able to buy the property!
There are over 25 Properties to choose from, ranging from Garages, Warehouses and Dealerships.
